The abduction and murder of Ruzhdi Hoxha/ The investigation of Fredi Rrushi is closed 

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has closed the investigation into the kidnapping and subsequent execution of Rruzhdi Hoxha.

The suspected author Fredi Rrushi has been sent for trial on the charge of murder.

The dead body of Rruzhdi Hoxha was found a few days after the crime, buried in Dajti mountain.

Before they covered him with gravel in an abyss in Qafë-Mollë i Dajti, businessman Ruzhdi Hoxha was shot in the head with a bullet. The dead body was also covered with some stones in a remote area, behind Dajti mountain, while it was found half decomposed.

From the investigations, the vehicle with which Hoxha was kidnapped and the pistol with which the crime was committed have not yet been found. /CNA.al
