A woman in the capital has died under unclear circumstances. It is learned that a 55-year-old woman with the initials SH.L was found to have committed suicide, but her husband reported her as a natural death.

Her husband informed the family, telling them that the deceased had passed away naturally.

 But the police verifications showed the opposite. After the false statement, Shefqet Lika is already under the charge of two criminal offenses, "Causing suicide" and "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth".

Më datë 04.09.2022, në Frutikulturë, në banesë dyshohet se është vetëvarur shtetasja Sh. L., 55 vjeçe. 

Shërbimet e Policisë, nisur nga dyshimet e krijuara mbi kallëzimin e bërë më datë 05.09.2022, nga familjarët e shtetases Sh. L., kanë vijuar veprimet hetimore të thelluara, nën drejtimin e Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë Tiranë, për të bërë të mundur zbardhjen e rrethanave të ngjarjes.  

Nga verifikimet e kryera, ka rezultuar se më datë 04.09.2022, rreth orës 15:00, në ambientet e banesës së saj, dyshohet se është vetëvarur shtetasja Sh. L., ndërsa bashkëshorti i saj, shtetasi Sh. L., nuk ka kallëzuar ngjarjen në Polici, por në mbrëmje ka njoftuar familjarët e viktimës, të cilëve u ka pohuar se shtetasja Sh. L. ka pësuar vdekje natyrale dhe ndaj kishte  bërë gati të gjitha procedurat e varrimit.

At the end of the investigative actions, the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Police Station No. 5 made the ban on the initiative of the citizen:    

- Sh. L., 56 years old, suspected of the criminal offenses "Causing suicide" and "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth".

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further procedural actions./ CNA.al
