Journalist Klodiana Lala has given more details about the two Russian citizens and the Ukrainian, arrested at the Arms Plant in Gramsh, where they also attacked the two Albanian soldiers.

Invited to the show Opinion, the journalist Klodiana Lala has shown that the Russians have photographed not only military objects but also energy works in the country.

Among other things, the journalist said that they photographed the mechanical oil plant in Patos, the base of Pasha Liman, the waters of Bênja in Përmet, but also Moglica and Bovilla.
