Journalist: Ervis Martinaj hired the former General Director of Prisons

"There are some police officials who informed Martinaj. One of the directors of his company was the former General Director of Prisons in Albania".

This is what journalist Flamur Vezaj said in an interview for "Euronews Albania", regarding the latest hints that the much-wanted Ervis Martinaj may have been kidnapped and executed.

According to Vezaj, police officials informed Ervis Martinaj, so many operations to capture and arrest him have failed.

"In financial terms, Ervis Martinaj is one of the people who have created or accumulated large incomes from betting, gambling. In his border, there were senior police officials because of not infringing on his business. Even the last case of the arrest of officer Lami, was the person whom the Albanian state paid to check, observe and arrest wanted persons, while he was accompanying Ervis Martinaj.

I think there are some police officials who informed Martinaj. One of the directors of his company was the former General Director of Prisons in Albania. In the payroll of his bordero, there were many different people who informed him ahead of time. There are several operations for his arrest and he has never been arrested", he underlined.
