The arrested person, with a significant criminal record, for possession of weapons without a permit and for several other criminal offenses.

The firearm, pistol and combat ammunition are seized.

Following the work to guarantee public order and safety, to prevent criminal events and to arrest citizens who are circulating with firearms, based on the information provided by the police intelligence, that in the "Fahri Ramadani" neighborhood, a citizen was moving armed with firearms, the services of the Shkodër Police Station immediately organized the work and in the framework of the coded police operation "Weapon", carried out checks in the entire area.

During the checks, the Police services found the suspected citizen, who just saw the services, threw the firearm he was carrying without a permit, and tried to run away. After intensive pursuit by the Police services, citizen BP, 34 years old, resident of "Ndoc Mazi" district, Shkodër, citizen with previous criminal record, was caught and put in handcuffs, for the crimes of "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, weapons explosives and ammunition", "Intimidation" and "Assaults due to duty".

For this case, the firearm, pistol and combat ammunition were seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
