The 6 detainees of the "Metamorfoza" operation have appealed to the Special Court the decision of the first instance regarding the measure of imprisonment.

Businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, former head of the Operational Forces Oltian Bistri, former chief prosecutor of Kukës Xhevahir Lita, former policeman Ardit Hasanbega, Astmer Bilali, Edmond Preka have appealed the decision of the first instance that put them behind bars.

Mbi Astmer Bilalin rëndojnë akuzat si i dyshuar për veprat penale “Sigurimi i kushteve dhe i mjeteve materiale për të kryer vrasje”, kryer në bashkëpunim të veçantë atë të grupit të strukturuar kriminal, “Grupi i strukturuar kriminal” dhe “Pjesëmarrja në grup të strukturuar kriminal”.

Mbi Ardrit Hasanbegajn rëndojnë akuzat “Sigurimi i kushteve dhe i mjeteve materiale për të kryer vrasje”, kryer në formë të veçantë te bashkepunimit, ate të grupit të strukturuar kriminal, “Grupi i strukturuar kriminal” dhe “Pjesëmarrja në grup të strukturuar kriminal”.

Mbi Oltian Bistrin, rëndojnë akuzat si i dyshuar për veprat penale “Shpërdorimi i detyrës” dhe “Zbulimi i akteve ose te dhenave sekrete”;
