Protest in Tirana/ 31 people are being prosecuted

Tirana Police have announced that criminal proceedings have been initiated against 31 citizens who participated in the protest held in Tirana.

It is learned that proceedings have been initiated for organizing and participating in illegal gatherings and demonstrations, disturbing public order and peace, and obstructing the movement of means of transport.

Following the procedural actions carried out in relation to the rally held in Tirana, the Tirana Police structures criminally prosecuted 31 citizens, specifically: Sh. B., BK, AJ, VD, AK, LK, RS, I. Rr., SE, MY, JS, EL, I. Gj., FH, IM, KP, R. Sh., EQ, BS, AN, AD, FH, Xh. P., GP, Sh. G., I. Xh., DD, AK, AR, RD and AK, suspected of committing the criminal offenses of "Organizing and participating in illegal gatherings and demonstrations", "Disturbing public peace" and "Obstructing the circulation of means of transport".

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action. /CNA
