Injury of 15-year-old boy/ Incident revealed, minor shot by uncle

The incident that occurred yesterday evening in Fushë Mëzez, where a 15-year-old boy was injured by gunfire, is being clarified and documented.

A 29-year-old man (the uncle of the 15-year-old) is wanted after, during a petty conflict with his twin brother, he opened fire on him and the 15-year-old (their nephew) was accidentally injured by the gunfire.    

The twin of a 29-year-old man has been arrested after a quantity of suspected cocaine was found in his apartment.    

Specialists of the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector, following the investigative actions carried out under the direction of the Prosecution, have made it possible to clarify the circumstances of the incident that occurred last night, in Fushë-Mëzez, where a 15-year-old was injured by a firearm.  

Following are the actions for this case: 

Citizen NP, 29 years old, was declared wanted for the criminal offenses of "Intentional murder, attempted murder", "Serious injury by negligence" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition";

-Citizen FP, 29 years old, was arrested for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics", after a quantity of cocaine was found during a search of his apartment, which was seized as material evidence. 

At the end of the initial investigative actions, it emerged that citizen NP, during a conflict for weak motives with his twin brother, citizen FP, in the shared yard of their apartments, fired a gun at him. The 15-year-old (the son of their other brother) was injured by these shots, and he continues to be under the care of doctors./ CNA
