Sentenced to life/ GJKKO leaves Mjacaj in the "41 bis" regime

The Special Court has decided to leave Sokol Mjacaj in solitary confinement under the "41 bis" regime. Mjacaj had made a request to be released from this regime, but the Special Court has rejected it.

Mjacaj is accused of killing Arben Lleshi in prison while he is serving a life sentence for the murder of two tourists in Malësia e Madhe. /CNA
