One victim and one injured in Tirana/ Police official announcement, perpetrators

Tirana Police have provided preliminary information regarding the murder and injury that occurred today in the capital.

The police statement states that 31-year-old EP was struck with a cutting tool and died in hospital.

As for the injuries, the police announce that 34-year-old AK was injured, but his life is out of danger.

Police say the perpetrators of both incidents have been identified and efforts are underway to apprehend them.

-Around 15:40, it is suspected that during a conflict on "Kongresi i Lushnjes" street, citizen E. P, about 31 years old, was hit with a cutting tool, and as a result, he lost his life in hospital.

-Around 15:50, on Kavaja Street, it is suspected that during a conflict, citizen AK, 34 years old, was injured with a gunshot wound. He is in hospital, out of danger.

The police have identified the perpetrators of these two incidents, whose details are not being released because the investigation is ongoing. Intensive work is underway to apprehend them.
