Linked to the Rinas assassination attempt?/ Weapons arsenal seized in Fushë

In an operation in the village of Zall, the police have seized an arsenal of explosive weapons, firearms, grenade cartridges, donor capsules, etc.

These belong to the still-wanted citizen Ylli Zalla.

This citizen is suspected of being connected to the perpetrators of the event in Rinas where Gilmando Dani and Muçi Shaljani were executed.

"Krujë/It is being carried out by the services of the Krujë Police Commissariat, another phase of the police operation codenamed "Tracking".

They were found in the village of Zall, Fushë Krujë, and an arsenal of explosive weapons, firearms and combat ammunition, as well as the narcotic Cannabis Sativa, were seized.

Their possessor is identified and declared wanted.

The services of the Krujë Police Commissariat, in continuation of the work to identify and crack down on criminal activities, have provided information about an environment where firearms were kept. During the search of the territory, in the village of Zall, Fushë Krujë, near the apartment of citizen YZ, the following were found on the ground and seized as material evidence:

-24 TNT cartridges, 11 assault hand grenades, quantities of explosives ready to explode, mounted with detonating caps, fire-trapping fuses, 5 grenade igniters, 74 detonating caps, 19 C4 spherical shells, 11 dynamite cartridges;

-27 incinerators;

-3 firearms, combs and weapon parts;

-2 silencers, 9000 cartridges of various calibers;

-6 kg of suspected narcotic substance Cannabis Sativa; 

-police uniforms and other illegal items.   

Following the procedural actions in the case, citizen YZ, 49 years old, was declared wanted, who from initial investigations is suspected of being their possessor.

Intensive work is underway to locate and capture this citizen.

Meanwhile, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, investigations continue to fully document this criminal activity and identify other citizens who may be involved.
