Under observation for months/ 70 kg of drugs hidden in the car are seized

The Section for the Investigation of Illegal Traffic and Narcotics and the Operational Section, in the Gjirokastër Local Police Directorate, in cooperation with the Special Operational Force of the State Police, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Gjirokastër Judicial District Court, after several months of intensive investigative work, successfully completed the coded operation "Satelliti", as a result of which citizens were caught and arrested in the act: 

M. Ç., 37 years old and S. Rr., 39 years old, both residents of Gjirokastër;

F. T., 37 vjeç, banues në Tiranë, me precedent të mëparshëm kriminal në fushën e narkotikëve.

Gjatë operacionit, shërbimet e Policisë kanë ndaluar në aksin nacional “Ersekë - Tre urat”, Përmet, automjetin tip “Volvo”, me drejtues shtetasin S. Rr. dhe pasagjere shtetasen M. Ç. Gjatë kontrollit në këtë automjet, shërbimet e Policisë kanë gjetur të fshehura në vende të përshtatura, 87 pako të mbushura lëndë të dyshuar narkotike kanabis, me peshë totale 70 kg.    

Gjithashtu, shërbimet e Policisë kanë ndaluar automjetin me drejtues shtetasin F. T., i cili kontrollonte rrugën, me qëllim për të sinjalizuar 2 shtetasit e tjerë, për prezencën e shërbimeve të Policisë.    

Në cilësinë e provës materiale u sekuestruan 70 kg lëndë e dyshuar narkotike kanabis, 2 automjete dhe 7 aparate celulare.
