The Criminal Court of Kosovo has found businessman Pëllumb Gjoka guilty of the criminal offenses of "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder" against Kleanthi Musabelli, Dorjan Duli and Ibrahim Lici, "Structured criminal group", and "Active corruption of justice system officials".

Gjoka was sentenced to 9 years in prison. Due to the summary trial, the sentence was reduced by 1/3, converting it to 6 years in prison in a high-security institution.

Meanwhile, the GJKKO found former police chief Ardit Hasanbegaj guilty of the criminal offenses of "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder" against Dorjan Duli and Ibrahim Lici, as well as of "Structured criminal group".

The court sentenced Hasanbegaj to 7 years and 6 months in prison, a sentence that was reduced to 5 years in prison due to the summary trial. He was also given the additional measure of being disqualified from holding public office.

Meanwhile, in parallel, Pëllumb Gjoka is in another court process, where he is accused of the murder of Gjin Ndoji./ CNA
