Today, SPAK seized 34 assets of Ervis Martinaj and his family members, which include casinos, land, apartments, vehicles and savings accounts.

The sequestration of assets comes within the framework of the investigation of the "Golden Bullet" file, where the repentant Nuredin Dumani has stated that Ervis Martinaj was ready to pay 500 thousand euros for the murder of Indri Dokle.

Në dosjen e siguruar nga mediat, në vendimin e Gjykatës për sekuestrimin e pasurive të Dumanit thuhet se SPAK ka hetuar dhe nga hetimet e kryera krijohet dyshimi se shtetasit Nuredin Dumani, Ervis Martinaj, Elvin Merlika, Alket Xhixha dhe Henrik Hoxhaj, kanë bashkëpunuar për të kryer vrasjen.

Kujtojmë se Nuredin Dumani shpjegoi se në emër të Ervisit kanë vajtur dhe e kanë takuar në Kosovë dy persona një i thirrur Eli dhe një tjetër që është vëllai i Besian Xhixhës. Ata kanë vajtur me një automjet tip Hummer. Gjatë takimit Eli ka komunikuar me Ervisin dhe më tej me telefonin e Elit ka komunikuar me Elvisin i cili i ka propozuar vrasjen e Indrit Dokle. SPAK ka arritur të vërtetojë se Eli është pikërisht shtetasi Elvin Merlika, kurse shtetasi që Nuredini e prezanton si vëllai i Besianit është pikërisht shtetasi Alket Xhixha. Alket Xhixha dhe Elvin Merlika kanë udhëtuar në drejtim të Kosovës me automjetin tip Hummer të cilin e identifikon Nuredin Dumani. Në vijim të komunikimeve Nuredini ka marrë një shumë prej 100 000 Euro nga Martinaj.
