They were storing and trafficking drugs/ 4 people were arrested, 26 kilograms of

4 people have fallen into the hands of the police, thanks to the police anti-drug operation coded "Restart".

Specifically, the brothers with the initials AT, 51 years old, were arrested in the act; AT, 43 years old, both residents of Piskupat village, as well as citizens with initials RS, 45 years old and TB, 53 years old, both residents of Lin village.

The 43-year-old A. T and the 53-year-old TB have turned out to be employees at the Rasati Koran Center in Pogradec.

From the intensive investigations carried out as part of this operation, it was found that these citizens acted in an organized manner, to traffic cannabis sativa narcotics, towards the RMV, against the payment of 500 euros/kg of narcotics.

The 2 brothers, citizens AT and AT provided the narcotics that would be trafficked and stored them by the lake, in the village of Lin, Pogradec. Then the narcotics were trafficked to the RMV, with fishing boats driven by RS and TB citizens

As material evidence, 26 kilograms of cannabis sativa narcotic substance, 1 fishing boat, 2 vehicles and 4 mobile phones were seized.

Investigations are currently ongoing for the identification and arrest of other citizens who may be implicated in this criminal activity.

Meanwhile, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Korça, for further actions./ CNA
