The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has carried out investigations within the framework of criminal proceedings no. 209 of 2021, for the criminal offenses "Active corruption of the judge, prosecutor and other justice officials", in cooperation, provided by articles 319 and 25 of the Criminal Code, "Passive corruption of the judge, prosecutor and other officials of justice", provided by articles 319/ç of the Criminal Code, as well as "Decriminalization of crime", provided by article 300 of the Criminal Code.

Fakti penal i hetuar, lidhet me një rast të korrupsionit aktiv/pasiv në sistemin e drejtësisë (në qytetin e Elbasanit), ku persona të interesuar/familjarë të një shtetasi të arrestuar në bashkëpunim me avokatin mbrojtës, i kanë ofruar gjyqtarit të çështjes një shumë monetare me qëllim favorizim  në caktimin e masës së dënimit.

Pas analizimit të provave të grumbulluara në kuadër të këtij procedimi penal nga Prokuroria e Posaçme, i është drejtuar Gjykatës së Posaçme të Shkallës së Parë për Korrupsionin dhe Krimin e Organizuar kërkesa për caktimin e masave të sigurimit. Gjykata me vendimin nr. 64 datë 21.07.2022 ka vendosur caktimin e masave të sigurimit personal për 5 (pesë) shtetas.

On 22.07.2022, the General Directorate of the State Police executed the decision of the Court no. 64 dated 21.07.2022, for the appointment of security measures.

The security measure "House arrest", provided by article 237 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been executed for the citizen Zamira Vyshka, who is a judge in the Judicial District Court, Elbasan.

Security measures "Arrest in prison", provided by article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, have been executed for the citizen IP, with the duty of defense attorney, as well as for the citizens TR and Xh.M.

The security measure "House arrest", provided by article 237 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been executed for the AT citizen/ CNA.al
