Conflict in Vau i Dejës/ 39-year-old injured

The services of the Vau i Dejës Police Commissariat, yesterday, after receiving a notification that in the premises of a bar, in the center of Bushati, there had been a conflict for weak motives, where citizen B. Sh. had struck a citizen with a cutting tool (kosore), immediately organized the work to capture the perpetrator, as well as to clarify the circumstances.

As a result of rapid operational actions, it was possible to arrest in flagrante delicto the citizen B. Sh., 56 years old, resident of the village of Mali i Jushit.

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that citizen PV, 39 years old, was injured in the head and in various parts of the body and suffered a fracture (breakage) in the right arm, after being hit with a cutting tool (a cleaver) by citizen B. Sh., during a conflict for weak motives. The cutting tool (a cleaver) was seized as material evidence.

Citizen PV continues to be under the care of doctors, out of danger to his life.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action./ CNA
