The Public Commissioner requests the dismissal of the prosecutor of Durrës

The Public Commissioner, within the legal deadline, filed an appeal in the Special Appeals College, near the Constitutional Court, against decision no. 535, dated 26.5.2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission for the subject of revaluation, Mr. Bledar Bejko, prosecutor in the Prosecutor's Office near the Judicial District Court, Durrës.

The Public Commissioner finds that, from the review of decision no. 535/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission and its accompanying acts, such legal and factual circumstances are presented, which make the decision in its entirety vulnerable.

Komisioneri Publik kërkon që shkaqet e ankimit të merren në shqyrtim nga ana e Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit dhe, në përfundim të shqyrtimit të çështjes në seancë publike, të vendosë ndryshimin e vendimit nr. 535, datë 26.5.2022, të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit dhe shkarkimin nga detyra të subjektit të rivleresimit, z. Bledar Bejko.
