As a result of this operation, on "Shefqet Musarai" street, the citizen was caught and arrested:

- Klodian Lila, 36 years old, resident of Kavaja.

This citizen was declared wanted, after the Kavajë Judicial District Court sentenced him to 3 years imprisonment for the criminal offenses "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty" and "Prostitution".

In July 2019, this citizen took a citizen in his vehicle, against her will, and had sexual relations with her, against payment.
