They threatened a 35-year-old man with a pistol and raped him/Three people

Three people have been arrested in Vlora after threatening a 35-year-old man with a pistol and attempting to force him out of his car. The incident took place in the “Hajro Çakërri” neighborhood, and the citizens Xh. I., 31 years old, KH, 34 years old, and MZ, 20 years old, were handcuffed.

According to police information, these individuals threatened citizen LS, who was inside his vehicle, with a sports pistol, for weak motives, and then attempted to force him out of the vehicle, hitting him with their fists and the barrel of the pistol.

The 35-year-old was taken to hospital and is out of danger. A sports pistol and 2 vehicles (the vehicle in which the perpetrators fled the scene and the vehicle where the pistol was found) were seized as material evidence.

The services of the Vlora Police Commissariat, yesterday, after receiving a report of the threat and rape of a citizen, in the "Hajro Çakërri" neighborhood, immediately organized the work to clarify the circumstances of the case, identify and capture the perpetrators. As a result of rapid investigative and procedural actions, the following citizens were captured and arrested:

-Xh. I., 31 years old, KH, 34 years old and MZ, 20 years old, all three residents of Vlora.

From the initial investigations, it is suspected that these citizens threatened, for weak motives, with a sports pistol, citizen LS, 35 years old, resident of Vlora, who was inside his vehicle, in the "Hajro Çakërri" neighborhood, and then attempted to force him out of the vehicle, hitting him with his fists and the barrel of the pistol.

The 35-year-old is receiving treatment in hospital and is out of danger.

During the search of the vehicle owned by the father of citizen KH, the Police services found the hidden sporting pistol that was suspected of being used for the threat.

The pistol was seized as material evidence, along with the vehicle in which it was found and the vehicle in which the perpetrators are suspected of having fled the scene.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Vlora, for further action, for the criminal offenses of "Threat" and "Intentional Serious Injury", committed in collaboration, and "Unlicensed Production and Possession of Hunting and Sporting Weapons". / CNA
