The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Gjirokastër, on the basis of the incriminating materials received from the Local Police Directorate of Gjirokastër, that in the village of Bodrish, Municipality of Dropull, the citizens of KI and KI were found dead in their apartment with signs of violence. , has registered criminal proceedings no. 240/2024 for the criminal offense "Murder in other qualifying circumstances", committed against two or more persons, provided by article 79/dh of the Criminal Code.
