At noon on Tuesday, the Fier police handcuffed 25-year-old AM, after he shot a person with a firearm.

The conflict with the 35-year-old with the initials PO was for weak motives.

The investigation showed that the young man first had a conflict with the 35-year-old and then went to the apartment, took the firearm and shot him.

The 25-year-old is accused of the criminal offenses "Threat" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".

Police Notice:

The timely intervention of the Police services prevented the escalation of a momentary conflict between some citizens.

The 25-year-old man who fired a firearm to threaten one of the citizens involved in the conflict was arrested and put in handcuffs.

The Kalashnikov firearm is seized.

After receiving the notification that in the village of Levan, Fier, some citizens were conflicting with each other, the services of the Fier Police Station and the National Security Force, Fier Unit, went immediately to the scene where, as a result of quick intervention made it possible to catch red-handed and arrest citizen AM, 25 years old, resident of Levan.

This citizen had a physical conflict, for weak motives, with citizen PO, 35 years old, and with several other citizens. Afterwards, the 25-year-old man took a Kalashnikov firearm to his apartment with which he shot to threaten the 35-year-old man.

The Police Services have found and seized the Kalashnikov firearm as material evidence.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Threat" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition"./ CNA
