The police take stock of April/ 661 people in handcuffs, criminal groups are hit

The State Police has made the balance sheet for the month of April.

661 people were arrested, 81 of them for participation in criminal organizations of drug trafficking, crimes against the person and other crimes. Meanwhile, 189 vehicle drivers were also arrested.

In the meantime, 4 cases of placing explosive substances in entities/apartments and 17 cases of various thefts, 3 of them committed with imitation weapons, were revealed.

Police Notification:

The structures of the State Police, maximum commitment and intensive operational work during this month, to attack criminal activities, guarantee order and security, throughout the country.

95 police operations have been carried out and 661 suspected perpetrators of criminal offenses have been put in handcuffs, as a result of continuous work based on police intelligence, cooperation with citizens and the implementation of measures drawn up within the national operational plans "The rule of of the law" and "Temple 2".

11 citizens wanted internationally for participation in criminal organizations of drug trafficking, crimes against the person and other crimes, have been put in handcuffs as a result of operations developed in cooperation with international partners.

10 other internationally wanted citizens were extradited as a result of the cooperation of the State Police with the Kosovar, Greek, British, Italian and German partners.

????60 nationals who were wanted nationally for various criminal offences, have been caught and put in handcuffs, across the country, as a result of continuous checks and administration of information provided by police intelligence.

20 firearms, 13 hunting/sporting weapons, 7 remote-controlled mines, 22 detonator capsules, 9 explosive molds, 8 masks and 25 cold weapons, were seized as a result of operations to crack down on cases of illegal possession of weapons and controls in different environments.

66 kilograms of cannabis, 5,200 cannabis seeds, hundreds of doses of cocaine and heroin, 180 different electrical devices that were used for the cultivation of narcotic plants indoors, were seized as a result of the operations developed in the field of narcotics.

The special plan against the cultivation of cannabis, from the initial stage, hit 4 cases of selling the seeds of this plant and 4 cases of adapting the premises for their cultivation, in which about 3400 narcotic seedlings/plants were found and destroyed.

The timely intervention of the Police services, in 6 cases, has prevented possible criminal events and prevented the escalation of conflicts for weak motives.

Puna hetimore profesionale e strukturave të Policisë, ka zbardhur 4 raste të vënies së lëndëve eksplozive në subjekte/banesa dhe 17 raste të vjedhjeve të ndryshme, 3 prej tyre të kryera me anë të armëve imituese.

Në fushën e krimeve ekonomike janë zhvilluar 7 operacione, si rezultat i të cilëve janë sekuestruar 1 automjet me vlerë 100 000 euro, 13 statuja dhe ikona, bizhuteri dhe mallra të kontrabanduara. Njëri prej operacioneve zbuloi në Yzberisht, një subjekt (firmë) ku falsifikoheshin dokumente.

2 makineta, 1 kompjuter dhe 25 celularë u sekuestruan nga Policia, si rezultat i kontrolleve në ambiente të ndryshme që ishin përshtatur për këtë veprimtari të paligjshme.

Në fushën e krimeve kundër mjedisit, janë goditur 40 raste dhe janë sekuestruar kallëpe me lëndë plasëse dhe pajisje të ndryshme që përdoreshin për peshkimin e paligjshëm, mjete që përdoreshin për prerjen e pyjeve apo për nxjerrjen e gurëve dekorativë. Në prag të sezonit turistik, Policia ka rritur vigjilencën ndaj ndërtimeve të paligjshme që kryhen kryesisht në zonat turistike, me qëllim përfitimin.

Rritja e numrit të turistëve, i ka angazhuar shërbimet e Policisë, përveç punës për garantimin e sigurisë, edhe me gatishmërinë për t’iu dhënë ndihmë, në raste nevoje. 22 turistë që kishin mbetur në bllokuar duke eksploruar vendet turistike, në Tiranë, Shkodër dhe Lezhë, për shkak të terrenit të vështirë, mungesës së orientimit apo pamundësisë për të lëvizur, u gjetën dhe u ndihmuan nga Policia.

?3 operacione të zhvilluara nga Policia e Shkodrës, e Korçës dhe e Gjirokastrës, goditën veprimtarinë kriminale të transportimit të emigrantëve që synojnë të kalojnë ilegalisht kufijtë.

?Në të janë gjithë vendin janë arrestuar/proceduar në gjendje të lirë, 120 shtetas, për dhunë në familje.

?Policia Kufitare, krahas punës për të ofruar shërbim cilësor, të shpejtë dhe etik, për qytetarët në hyrje/dalje, në të gjitha pkk-të, ka goditur edhe:

-50 raste të kalimit të paligjshëm të kufirit, 5 raste të falsifikimit të dokumenteve, 8 raste të kontrabandës së mallrave, 4 raste të trafikimit të mjeteve motorike dhe 9 raste të mosdeklarimit të parave. Për rastet e fundit janë sekuestruar 104 600 euro dhe 12 300 franga.

?Policia Rrugore dhe makinat inteligjente kanë qenë prezente gjatë këtij muaji, në të gjitha akset e vendit, me qëllimet e vetme: parandalimin e aksidenteve rrugore dhe lëvizjen e lehtësuar të përdoruesve të rrugës.

Si rezultat i punës parandaluese dhe monitorimeve të pandërprera:

?Janë vënë në pranga 189 drejtues mjetesh, nga të cilët 128 për drejtim të mjetit në gjendje të dehur dhe 61 për drejtim të mjetit pa leje drejtimi;

?Janë pezulluar 285 leje drejtimi, nga të cilat 185 për tejkalim të normave të shpejtësisë, 30 për drejtim mjeti nën ndikimin e pijeve alkoolike dhe 70 për shkelje të tjera të Kodit Rrugor, për të cilat parashikohet kjo masë administrative.
