The Prosecution of Tirana has completed the investigation and has sent for investigation four persons, the administrator and former shareholders of the Company 'Neku' Sh.pk

From the investigations, the Prosecution has revealed that “The object of investigation are the activity of the subject“ Neku '' Sh.pk as well as the transfer of the capital quotas of this company for a total amount of over 260 million ALL by not declaring and avoiding the obligations to the tax authorities ”.

“Prokuroria pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë Tiranë përfundon hetimet dhe dërgon për gjykim për veprën penale të ‘Fshehjes së të Ardhurave’ katër shtetas, administratorin dhe ish aksionerët e Shoqërisë ‘Neku’ Sh.p.k.

Prokuroria pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë Tiranë ka regjistruar procedimin penal nr.8822 të vitit 2021, për veprën penale të “Fshehjes së të ardhurave”, parashikuar nga neni 180 i Kodit Penal.

Nga veprimet hetimore paraprake të kryera nga Prokuroria pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë Tiranë në bashkëpunim me Sektorin e Hetimit Tatimor, në Drejtorinë e Përgjithshme të Tatimeve ka rezultuar e provuar që subjekti “Neku’’ Sh.p.k. me Nipt L01405006G, me administrator shtetasin A. K., si dhe ish aksionerët e kësaj shoqërie shtetasit:  Rr. D., A. H. dhe R. L., me aktivitet “Tregëtia me shumicë e mineraleve metalike dhe e metaleve”, me adresë ushtrimi  të aktiviteti Rruga Pazari, Terminali Bulqizë, kanë konsumuar elementët e figurës së veprës penale të “Fshehjes së të Ardhurave” të parashikuar nga neni 180 të Kodit Penal.

For this reason, the Economic entity and the above citizens were taken as defendants by the Prosecutor Bledar Valikaj for the criminal offense of "Concealment of Income" provided by Article 180/3 of the Criminal Code and the case was sent for trial to the Court of First Instance Tirana. . "- it is said in the notification of the prosecution.
