The two tourists who were injured in the "Cyclops Eye" area during the outdoor exploration, were sent to the Trauma Hospital.

The police informs that these are two citizens, respectively 50 and 80 years old, who are out of danger for life.

Services of the Police Commissariat no. 1 come to the aid of 2 tourists who were injured during nature exploration, in the place called "Cyclops Eye".

Today, around 16:30, in the area called "Cyclops' Eye", exploring nature, it is suspected that citizens DK, 50 years old and KK, 80 years old, fell from a height, in an area with very difficult terrain.

Services of the Police Commissariat no. 1, as soon as they were notified, organized the work in order to get them out of the place where they had fallen.

Thanks to the intervention of the Police services, the medical service and the emergencies, it has become possible to evacuate the 2 injured citizens, and to provide first aid.

"Assessing the risk of transporting the injured on a stretcher, from the place where they had fallen, to the ambulance, it has become possible to transport them by helicopter to the Trauma Hospital", announced the police./ CNA.al
