Nënkomisari Sytari ishte me detyrë Shef i Stacionit të Policisë Velipojë, Nënkomisari Hoxha Specialist për Hetimin e Krimeve dhe dy Inspektorët Lohja e Beqiri, Ndihmës Specialistë të Policimit në Komunitet.
