A serious incident occurred in the old neighborhood of Bulqiza around 23:00. A conflict between two people has degraded it to the use of cutting tools and violence.

According to media reports, one of those involved in the conflict used a scythe or knife, cutting off the fingers of the other person in his 30s.

The latter was first sent to Bulqiza hospital and then to Tirana. The other person involved in the conflict has left.

The circumstances of this event are not known, while the police have not reported it until now, keeping it secret./ CNA.al
