The structures of the Serious Crimes Against Life and Property Investigations Sector of DVP Tirana, finalized the coded police operation "NOTHING IS FORGOTTEN", as a result of which it became possible to fully document the event that happened on 16.05.2017 , in the place called "Kodër Shupal", where an unidentified male corpse was found, partially burned and partially decomposed.

Pas një pune të mirëfilltë hetimore, mbështetur nga inteligjenca policore, si rezultat i hetimit me metoda speciale, administrimit e vlerësimit në kohë të provave ligjore, si dhe bashkëpunimit me Komisariatin e Policisë Nr. 4 dhe Laboratorin e Policisë Shkencore, u bë i mundur identifikimi i kufomës së gjetur.

Kjo kufomë i përket shtetasit Menduh Shaban Kurt-Deda, lindur më 03.09.1956, në fshatin Sohodoll, Dibër dhe në kohën e ngjarjes, banues në Lukovë, Sarandë.

Gjithashtu, policia ka bërë  mundur identifikimi i autorëve të kësaj ngjarjeje, si dhe ndalimi i 2 prej tyre, konkretisht i shtetasve, G. N, 39 vjeç dhe M. K., 56 vjeçe, të dy banues në Tiranë.

Në vijim të veprimeve për këtë rast, u shpall në kërkim shtetasi B. K, 34 vjeç, banues në Tiranë, djali i shtetases së arrestuar M. K. (aktualisht jashtë shtetit)

E rrëmbyen për një borxh

The three perpetrators, in cooperation with each other, after having contacted the citizen Menduh Kurt-Deda in the area of ??Xhamllik, who had been hiding for a long time, as a result of an unpaid debt, took him by force, in a vehicle, and went to the area of ??Allias, where they used violence against him.

Then, the citizens BK and GN, transported the citizen Menduh Kurt-Deda, to a forest area, in the place called "Kodër Shupal", where after they raped and tied the 61-year-old, they burned him with fuel.

The work continues for the capture and legal responsibility of the citizen B. K, as well as for the complete documentation of this event with legal evidence. /CNA.al
