" Incident in IEVP Peqin, assessment for regime 41/BIS

After the incident that happened in IEVP Peqin, where three detainees KL, KI and AD hit the police officers on duty, the leaders of IEVP Peqin and the entire management chain of prisons took the following measures:

a) Exclusion of the three detainees for 14 days from any joint activity in the Peqin PEI.

b) Preparation of practice for the pre-detainee KL for his transition to the special regime for 90 days.

c) Referral of the case to the prosecutor's office for the three detainees.
