A lawyer from Tirana has reported his client to the Dimal police because the latter was bothering him through frequent phone calls.

According to the official announcement of the police, it is known that the criminal proceedings have started for the 48-year-old woman with the initials MK, after the denunciation by her legal defender.

Police Notification

 "The Dimal Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state for the MK citizen, 48 years old, resident in Berat, as it is suspected that through malicious phone calls, she disturbed the peace of her legal representative, the EP citizen, 60 years old , resident in Tirana", announced the police.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Berat General Jurisdiction, for further actions./ CNA
