They cooperated in the trafficking of 324 kg of cocaine to Italy/ SPAK issues 4

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has conducted investigations within the framework of criminal proceedings no. 4 of 2022, in charge of the defendant Nazif Ajroski, a citizen of the Republic of North Macedonia, accused of committing the criminal offenses of "Trafficking of narcotics", in the way of transportation, remaining in the attempt, carried out in cooperation in the special form of cooperation, that of the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by criminal organization and group structured criminal", provided by articles 283/a, paragraph 1, 22 and 28/4, 333/a paragraph 2 and 334 point 1 of the Criminal Code.

I pandehuri Nazif Ajroski është akuzuar për faktin e tentativës për të trafikuar nga Porti i Durrësit për në Itali të sasisë prej 324 kilogram e 400 gram lëndë narkotike të llojit kokainë, të paketuar në 300 (treqind) pako të mbështjella me natriban, lëndë narkotike e cila ishte vendosur në një hapësirës së përshtatur mbi serbatorin e një kamioni me targa të Republikës së Maqedonisë së Veriut, i cili drejtohej nga i pandehuri (kokainë e sekuestruar në datën 18.06.2021).

I pandehuri u dërgua për gjykim dhe Gjykata e Posaçme e Shkallës së Parë Për Korrupsionin dhe Krimin e Organizuar e ka deklaruar fajtor për akuzat e mësipërme dhe e ka dënuar me 8 (tetë) vjet burgim.

Pas dërgimit për gjykim të të pandehurit Nazif Ajroski, Prokuroria e Posaçme Kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar vazhdoi hetimet në një proçedim penal të ndarë, për identifikimin e bashkëpunëtorëve të tjerë të përfshirë në këtë veprimtari kriminale. Me qëllim zbulimin e personave të përfshirë në këtë aktivitet kriminal u krijua një Skuadër e Përbashkët Hetimore mes Prokurorisë së Posaçme Kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar dhe Prokurorisë Themelore Publike të Ndjekjes së Krimit të Organizuar dhe të Korrupsionit të Republikës së Maqedonisë së Veriut.

After a joint investigation of several months and the performance of many investigative actions, on 03.04.2023 the authorities of the Republic of North Macedonia arrested four citizens as suspects for the criminal offenses of international drug trafficking committed within the framework of a structured criminal group. The arrested are suspected to have cooperated with the defendant Nazif Ajroski in the attempt to traffic through the Port of Durrës the amount of 324 kg and 400 grams of cocaine, seized on 18.06.2021.
