Dedan Gjon's collaboration with Kep Arapin / Who was the target of the

CNA reported this Friday that against the former chief of crimes of Commissariat no. 6, Dedan Gjoni, another charge has been filed, as investigators have found evidence of involvement in another attempted murder.

It is reported that for this crime he cooperated with Rexhep Arapi, who is otherwise known as Kep Arapi or even as "the strong one" of Durrës.

The target of the assassination attempt was the head of an international drug group, Xhevdet Plaku, who is also known by the nickname "Akili".

"Akili" ran the traffic from Amsterdam and the packages were given expensive brand names according to the quality of the goods inside.

Gjoni called Xhevdet Plaku to the Police Station and sent his photo to Rexhep Arap. Also, the former police officer informed Arapi about the time he would release the Old Man, but the murder was not carried out.

Dedan Gjoni collaborated with the "strong man" of Durrës during the time when he worked at the Shijaku Police Station.

Rexhep Arapi was arrested today by the police, together with his nephew and former police officer. The operation was carried out by order of SPAK./ CNA
