Aurel Deliu, suspected member of Marklen Haka's group, arrested in Rinas

A 34-year-old man has been arrested by the "Eagle" forces in the Rinas area.

The arrested person is Aurel Deliu, a resident of Nikël, known to the police as a person with a criminal record and suspected of being part of the Marklen Haka group. He was stopped while traveling in a car in the company of another person, and during the search a pistol was found on him.

Deliu was also involved in an incident that occurred in 2021 in Tirana, in the "Xhamlliku" area. In that case, he and several other people disobeyed a police order for a search and physically clashed with officers.

During the intervention at that time, the police arrested Aurel Deliu and Alban Tufa, while Marklen Haka and Bledar Kurti were declared wanted. In their vehicle, money in euros and lek, mobile phones, suspected tools for processing narcotics, and a wallet with a police emblem were found./ CNA
