Anti-drug operation in Kruja/ One person arrested, 18-year-old under investigation

The services of the Krujë Police Commissariat, in continuation of the work to prevent, identify and crack down on criminal activity in the field of cultivation of narcotic plants, during a massive control of the territory, based on information obtained in operational ways, have prevented and cracked down on a case of attempted cultivation of cannabis.

As part of the "Krasta" operation, they arrested citizen Sh. A., 22 years old, and proceeded at large with citizen MB, 18 years old, both residents of the village of Halil, Fushë-Krujë.

These citizens, in collaboration with each other, are suspected of cultivating the narcotic plant cannabis sativa in a wooded area in the village of Krastë.

Also, following the procedural actions, the vehicle owned by the 22-year-old, who was using it to go to the place where he had cultivated narcotic seedlings, was seized as material evidence./ CNA
