Tragic accident in Durrës/Artan Hoxha: Nikollë Radaçi, violator

Journalist Artan Hoxha spoke about the tragic accident in Durrës where two minors lost their lives, while another minor is in serious health condition.

Invited to the show Të Paekspozuarit with Ylli Rakipi, the journalist said that Radaçi is a violator of the Highway Code and had previously had his license revoked.

According to the journalist, measures should have been taken earlier for this, as there had been reports of him as a problematic person before, as he had conflicts with other residents.

"The incident is very serious, especially because of the scale and circumstances of how things happened. There are three children who were playing in the neighborhood on the sidewalk.

The car was found parked on the sidewalk, the speed was high and the vehicle was out of control.

He had nicknamed himself the beast and they liked to call him that.

The person was violating the Traffic Code, had conflicts with other residents.

The police confiscated his license. As happens in Albania, his friend and his friend intervened and they confiscated his license for only a month.
