"The Traffic Investigation Section, in cooperation with the operational services of the Durrës DVP, after a 2-week investigation using proactive methods, finalized the 19th phase of the police operation codenamed "Storm".

As a result of the operation, citizen Sh. S., 24 years old, born and residing in Brazil, was arrested in flagrante delicto. Following the procedural actions, 3 Albanian citizens were also proceeded with at large for the criminal offense of "Prostitution".

During the operation, as material evidence, 1 passport of a foreign citizen, amounts of money suspected of being obtained from prostitution, and 2 mobile phones were seized.

The investigative actions revealed that the Brazilian citizen, in neighborhood no. 4, Durrës, had rented a premises, which she had adapted for the purpose of engaging in prostitution and obtaining monetary values ??from this activity.
