The murder of Liridona/ Naim Murseli and two others in detention for another two months

The three people accused of murdering Liridona Ademaj have been remanded in custody for another two months.

The Basic Court in Pristina decided that Naim Murseli, Kushtrim Kokalla and Granit Plava should continue to remain in custody.

"We inform you that after the request of the Basic Prosecution in Pristina for the continuation of the measure of detention in the criminal case against the defendants NM, GP, and KK, the Basic Court in Prishtina - Department for Serious Crimes has approved the request of the Prosecution, so that the three the defendants are continued with the measure of detention for a duration of two months, for each one. The measure of detention of the defendants has been extended from 31.12.2023 to 29.02.2024", says the announcement of the Basic Court in Prishtina.
