Gunshots in Pristina/ A woman is killed

Several gunshots were recorded in the evening on "Dalip Alshiqi" street, in Pristina.

As a result, it has been confirmed that a woman, whose identity has not yet been made known, has lost her life.

The victim was inside a vehicle when he was shot with bullets.

The Police Information Officer, Flora Ahmeti, told the local media that the investigative team is at the scene and is working to clarify the shootings.

"Around 8:20 p.m., we received information about gunshots on 'Dalip Alshiqi' street in Pristina. The police and emergency doctors immediately went to the scene, where they found a person without signs of life in a car. The death of the victim (female) was confirmed by the medical team at the scene. Based on the first information, it is suspected to be a murder by firearm. The police, in coordination with the prosecution, have launched an investigation and the undertaking of all investigative and examination actions, which would help the investigation of the incident as well as the complete clarification of the case", Ahmeti declared./ CNA
