Meeting with António Costa/Kurti: Kosovo committed to the EU

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and the new president of the European Council, António Costa

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has held a meeting with the new president of the European Council, António Costa, in Brussels.

Prime Minister Kurti emphasized that Kosovo is committed to advancing on the road to the European Union.

"In Brussels I had the pleasure to meet and talk with the new President of the European Council, António Costa, who tonight is also the host of the dinner with the leaders of the Western Balkans. Kosovo is prepared and committed to progress on the road to the EU", Kurti added.

Among other things. the Prime Minister of Kosovo expressed his congratulations on the new task. 

"Congratulating him on his new task and numerous successes during his commitment, I offered him close and sincere cooperation, as long as our country remains steadfast in its commitment to integration within the European family, where Kosovo belongs."
