Vucic from Brussels: We are not interested in recognizing Kosovo or imposing

President Aleksander Vucic said in Brussels that Belgrade and Serbia are not responsible for the incident in Zubin Potok when the Ibër-Lepenac canal was damaged.

"I had various conversations today, with Maja Kalas, with the representatives of Estonia, she insisted on greater engagement on our part in foreign policy, on the continuation of the dialogue and greater willingness to compromise with Pristina, to resolve the issue In Banjska, we also had important meetings for O'Brian, we also discussed the last incident in the Ibar - Lepenac channel", said Vu?i? and added:

"I repeated what I said, whoever is responsible, we accept it and we have no problem if the Americans tell us how they came to the results in this investigation and we will accept those results. We know that there is no involvement of Belgrade and the person who did this certainly did not do it in any interest of Belgrade and Serbia, regardless of his nationality".

Answering the questions of journalists, the president said that they will go public as soon as they see the evidence.

"I will not change the policy we adopted in the interest of Serbia"

In Brussels, Vucic, answering a journalist's question whether the EU's condition for the opening of group 3 is the imposition of sanctions against Russia, said that it is important that Serbia fulfills the conditions that have been set, but that it will not change its policy on this matter.

"To impose sanctions on Russia, all doors are open to us, to impose sanctions on Russia and to recognize independent Kosovo, everything is possible, but we are not interested, I will not change the policy we have approved. So far it has proven to be a good policy and I don't really care who will criticize me for what," said Vucic./ CNA
