Lebanon's warning: The war can also affect Europe

At least 27 people have been killed in the last 24 hours in the Gaza Strip as a result of a series of Israeli attacks. Prestigious international media reports that Israel's harsh reaction comes as revenge for the drone attack that recently hit Tel-Aviv.

The Israel Defense Forces have stated on the X social network that the strike is aimed at the complete elimination of Hamas structures.

"The combat team of the Alexandroni Brigade continues to fight in the center of the Gaza Strip and attacks the terrorist infrastructure in the area.


In cooperation with Air Force planes, the unit's forces eliminated several terrorists who were in a building that posed a threat," the Israeli army emphasized in its announcement. 

So threatening rhetoric has grown on Israel's northern border with Lebanon, where the Iranian-backed militant organization Hezbollah is active. 

The President of the Lebanese Parliament has issued a dire warning to all of Europe if the situation escalates.


"The situation in the area is very dangerous. And not only for the Middle East, also in Europe there is a war in Ukraine and an expansion of the conflict in the whole region would have serious consequences in Europe and in the world.

If Israel tries to enter Lebanon, it will not be located only in the region. The Islamic Republic of Iran has openly declared that in this case there will be an interregional war", said Nabih Berri, the President of the Lebanese Parliament.

But Israeli forces have not been deterred by Lebanon's warnings. They have hit military buildings of the pro-Iranian Shia movement Hezbollah in the Hula area, in southern Lebanon, through airstrikes.
