Pope Francis addressed the Russians, asking them to seek the truth about the invasion that their country has launched against Ukraine, as he gave the message for Easter. He also called for dialogue between Israelis and Palestinians after the recent violence.

Francis held Mass in St. Peter's Square in the Vatican in front of 100,000 faithful, a few days after he was hospitalized due to health problems.

"Help the beloved people of Ukraine on their way to peace, and let the light of Easter fall on the people of Russia," he said.
