The leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku, through a post on social networks has reacted sharply to the political developments where the acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti proposed Glauk Konjufca as Prime Minister and then President Vjosa Osmani mandated him to form the new government.
Abdixhiku says that the delay in creating a majority and forming institutions has lasted eight months, while another 15 days have been lost with a "puppet mandate" who, according to him, has not made any minimal effort to govern. He considers these developments as populist and dangerous and declares that he distances himself and will not participate.

"Dangerous populists.

Invested in games, intrigues and political calculations.

They dragged on for eight months creating a majority and forming institutions. They lost us another 15 days with a puppet prime minister who made no effort to even minimally govern. Tomorrow, on the last day, the last hour, the last deadline, they have called two sessions for the emergency that they themselves caused by the delay.

Without any consultation.

Without any communication.

Without any discussion.

LDK rejects and ignores this political approach. LDK fights with its whole being this logic of imposition. We proudly say that rejecting the populists is the highest patriotic act today.

Therefore, LDK does not participate in the parliamentary performances of a government on the run. Tomorrow we will not participate at all in the 11:00 a.m. theatrical imposition session. Gather yourselves; talk to yourselves. You are fighting windmills well.

Tomorrow, starting at 2:00 PM, we vote with conviction and pride against the minority that can no longer behave as a majority in this country.

Tomorrow we begin preparations for the new national elections and the great invitation to unite everyone who is fed up with politics like this, who thinks of saving the state and the Republic from those who see it only as an instrument and a game of chairs.

"Let's win them !", declares Abdixhiku./ CNA
