The former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in Kosovo passed away

The former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in Kosovo, Anton Berisha, has passed away.

His family announced the news of his death on the social network "Facebook".

Berisha has also served as Kosovo's ambassador to Slovenia.

"Dear family and friends,

It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that we inform you that our dear father, Anton Berisha, today, January 2, after a short illness, left this life, leaving behind an unimaginable void in our hearts.

Homages will be held tomorrow (January 3) from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the "Saint Catherine" Catholic Church in Peja.

His funeral will take place on January 3, at 1:00 p.m., at the Catholic cemetery in Peja. While the appearance will be held on January 4 at the "Koha 3" restaurant, in the center of the city, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., his son writes.
