French aircraft carrier "Charles de Gaulle" arrives in the Mediterranean

The French aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle (R91) has been deployed to the Mediterranean Sea, as part of France's military reinforcement due to increased tensions in the Middle East.

The decision was announced by French President Emmanuel Macron, who stated that France is sending additional forces to the region to protect its interests and those of its allies in the area.

The Charles de Gaulle (R91) aircraft carrier is the main aircraft carrier of the French Navy and 
the only nuclear-powered aircraft carrier outside the United States in service since 2001.
It is about 261 meters long, can transport thousands of soldiers and fighter jets, and can carry Rafale fighter jets, reconnaissance aircraft, helicopters for rescue and combat operations.

The deployment of this aircraft carrier is considered a powerful political and military signal, as it shows that France is ready to defend its interests in the region.
