The leaders of VMRO-DPMNE and the VLEN coalition met on Saturday to discuss the future government cabinet. VMRO said after the meeting that cooperation will be based on three postulates: European integration, rapid economic development, the fight against crime and corruption, and the rule of law.

The two sides will form working groups to conduct the negotiations until their conclusion. Hrisjtijan Mickovki of VMRO was present at the Saturday meeting with his closest collaborators and from the coalition of Albanian parties, Arben Taravari, Bilall Kasami, Izet Mejhiti and Afrim Gashi. According to a VMRO announcement, the meeting also discussed the level of representation during the upcoming talks.

Mr. Mickovski sees the VLEN coalition as a reliable partner in the new government. He expects, on the other hand, that the number of legislators of the future parliamentary majority will reach 61.

Officials of VLEN, in the meantime, have said that there are some individuals from the European Front coalition, who won the positions of legislators in the May 8 elections, who want to join the new government coalition. In such a case, only VMRO-DPMNE and VLEN would have 74 or 75 deputies. 61 legislators in the parliament of 120 countries are enough to approve the government of this country.

Meanwhile, the Democratic Union for Integration and the European Front accuse the opposition coalition VLEN and VMRO-DPMNE of trying to overturn the results of the elections in areas 5 and 6 in the west and southwest of the country.

Arbër Ademi of DUI told reporters that VLEN with VMRO and several other parties have submitted complaints to the State Election Commission for irregularities in the voting process in 120 polling stations in the sixth and fifth zones, which include Tetova and Struga.

"In these polling stations, there were no complaints during the voting process and after it", emphasized Mr. Ademi. According to him, the current opposition is inventing ways to repeat the voting in these centers, even though VLEN had received more votes, as it happens in a village in the municipality of Zhelina, near Tetova, which is the birthplace of the chairman of the Besa movement, Bilall Kasami. .

The European Front coalition is worried that if the re-voting is approved, it may lose two deputies.

This coalition has notified the international community of a "dark scenario to divert the will of the people and legitimacy", as expressed by DUI lawmaker, Arbër Ademi.

Meanwhile, the VLEN coalition, VMRO-DPMNE, through a communique, emphasizes that it is not afraid of DUI's threats as it calls on the Albanian party to be involved in the country's democratic processes./ Voa
