Parliament overthrows Kurti government 3

The Kosovo Assembly has overthrown the Kurti government 3.

With 56 votes in favor and 52 votes against, with 4 abstentions, the Assembly did not vote for the Kurti 3 government.

Kurti needed 61 votes to form the new government, a number he does not have.

After the new government was voted down by the Assembly, the next step now falls to the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani.

During his speech in the Assembly, Kurti called on MPs to vote for the new government.

"We are the most democratic country in the region. I will always be ready, as in these four years, for discussions to the end," Kurti said./ CNA
