Kurti published the video of Serbian soldiers on the border with Kosovo,

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, published a video on social networks, where specialized units of the Serbian army have appeared just a few meters away from the border with Kosovo, near the village of Banje in Zubin Potok.

Kurti underlines that similar movements have also been registered in the village of Oslare in Bujanovci, near the border with Kosovo. He emphasizes that the aim of the Serbian army is to cause provocations on the border.

For this statement by Kurti, there was also a reaction from the State Secretary in the Ministry of Defense of Serbia, Nemanja Starovi?, who said that the Prime Minister of Kosovo "is imagining an invasion".

He clarified that the Serbian armed forces have never entered the territory of Kosovo after 1999 and will never do so.

"Unfounded alarmism serves Kurt's purpose very well, as it distracts attention from the suffering of the Serbian people under his iron fist and portrays Kosovo as the victim of some imaginary 'invasion' that has not happened and will never happen. To repeat once again, loud and clear, Serbian armed forces have never entered the territory of Kosovo after 1999 and will never enter, until they are allowed by KFOR, as provided for in resolution 1244 of UN SC. The right question to ask would be what the mono-ethnic Albanian militarized units of the Kosovo police are doing in northern Kosovo, since their permanent deployment in the area violates UNSC Resolution 1244, the Brussels Agreement and many other agreements", says the senior Serbian official.

Among other things, he accused Prime Minister Kurti of "military-style occupation" of the north of Kosovo, and of banning Serbs from participating in local elections in the four municipalities in the north last year, although this was the decision of the local Serbs themselves. CNA
