Kremlin: We have not received any official documents about the talks held in

Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman for the Russian president, has stated that Russia has not yet received the official document of the draft agreement on the war in Ukraine, which was amended following talks held in Geneva between the United States and Ukraine.

"We haven't seen any drafts yet, we've only read statements from discussions held in Geneva. We haven't received anything official yet ," Peskov said.

When asked about reports that the clause for Ukraine's accession to NATO had been changed, leaving open the possibility that Kiev would eventually join the Alliance, Peskov said the Kremlin would not discuss the details of a draft agreement based on press reports.

"This is a very important and complex issue. Here it is necessary to rely on information coming from official channels ," he stressed, noting that there are no plans for a meeting this week between Russian and American negotiators.

On Sunday, Washington and Kiev held talks on the 28-point US “peace plan”. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said yesterday’s meetings were the most productive since the conflict began. According to media reports, the US and Ukraine reached an agreement on most of the plan. /CNA
