The Albanian head of the 'Balkan Cartel' cell has been handcuffed by the Spanish police.
He is responsible for 2.3 tons of cocaine caught a few days ago on the fishing vessel "Bestarruza" where 4 crew members were arrested, including 2 Albanians. The other two are an Argentine and an African from Cabo Verde.
This narcotics cell was hit thanks to the operation of the American DEA in cooperation with the structures of the Spanish police authorities.
